A three-bedroom home with the Main House having 3,056 sq-ft/284 sq-m living space and a panoramic view of the ocean. This home has two kings, one double, and ten single beds for a total of 13 beds. Sleeping double in king & double beds give a typical maximum occupancy of 16 persons.
NOTE: Based on availability, we can also book the (hosted) house right next door (same ocean view) which gives larger groups the flexibility of an additional 3 more bedrooms (2 kings + 1 queen bed), 2 baths, plus an additional room on the lanai (queen bed).
The property is on a 19,000 square-foot lot and has trees and greenery separating the nearest three neighbors’ properties to the east and the south. To the west (ocean view direction) and north, the property sits on top of a 30-foot high wall and overlooks the properties far below and Lako Street to the north.

In the Kailua-Kona area, the nearest beaches are along the road called Ali’i Drive, five courses nearby Golf Courses, ten other courses on the western side of the island, and another four courses in the Hilo area.
